Creamy Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. walnuts and Brazil nuts or 2 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine sugars and cream in saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugars are dissolved.
Continue to cook over low heat until mixture reaches 246\u00b0 or until drop of mixture in water forms firm ball.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and nuts. Stir until light sugar coating begins to form on nuts.
Move onto wax paper and separate nuts.
