Congealed Salad(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 small box lemon Jell-O
    1 small box orange Jell-O
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3/4 large box Cool Whip
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    Cheddar cheese, grated (for garnish)
Preparation
    Drain juice off of oranges.
    Bring juice to a boil and dissolve Jell-O.
    Add oranges and crushed pineapple.
    Chill overnight.
    Next morning, whip Cool Whip and mayonnaise to top Jell-O.
    Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
