Vidalia Onion Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    bacon slices, crisply fried
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until slightly browned; spoon into pie shell.
    Add milk and 1 1/4 cups of the sour cream.
    Blend flour and salt with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream.
