German Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
    1 small onion, grated (about 1/2 c.)
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Rinse grated potatoes a couple of times.
    Combine potatoes and onion.
    Add salt, eggs and flour.
    Mix together.
    Add oil to a pan and ladle batter, making little pancakes.
    Fry on both sides until crispy around the edges.
    Makes 4 servings (about 20 pancakes).
