Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
    2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Dissolve
    jello
    in
    boiling water; stir in lemon juice and set
    in
    freezer to cool.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat with a spoon until light and fluffy. Add cooled jello mixture; mix until smooth.
    Beat milk in
    a large,
    chilled
    mixing bowl until stiff.
    Fold in cheese mixture.
    Spoon
    filling
    into
    graham cracker crusts. Chill at least 3 hours.
