Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/4 lb. bacon
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 to 2 c. tomatoes
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    grated cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salt water.
    Drain.
    Fry together bacon and onion.
    Combine tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Put bacon, onion and tomato mixture over cauliflower.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and grated cheese on top.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until light brown at 350\u00b0.
