Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) bag chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/4 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 oz. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. nondairy whipped topping

Preparation
