Mushroom Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    5 c. cooked, sliced Irish potatoes
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend soup and milk together.
    Mix well and heat slowly in saucepan.
    Blend in salt,
    pepper
    and
    onion.
    Then
    in a greased, 1 quart casserole,
    arrange
    a
    layer of sliced potatoes. Pour half of
    the\tmushroom
    sauce
    over
    the potatoes. Then add another layer of
    potatoes\tand
    more
    of
    the sauce. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the
    top and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
