Mrs. B'S Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    grated nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the milk, eggs and sugar.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until custard sets.
    Grate nutmeg on top after it is baked.
