Chili Relleno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    4 cans green chili, chopped
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Using
    a
    9 x 13-inch pan, layer starting with chilies, ground beef
    and\tthen
    cheeses.\tRepeat.
    (Reserve
    1 cup of cheese mixture.)
    Beat eggs, flour and milk together and pour over layers.
