Fried Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small apples
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)
Preparation
    Core apples and cut each in 4 circles.
    Melt fat in a frypan. Add sugar and lemon juice (if used).
    Add apple slices and cook slowly about 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
    Turn as needed to brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Another light and healthy dessert.
