Pie Crust(Four Single Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients with pastry blender until pea size.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
    Form into a big ball.
    Separate into 4 equal smaller balls.
    Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling.
    Will keep in refrigerator a week or it can be frozen.
