Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, vanilla pudding, egg and milk together in a blender or mixer.
    Pour into greased 9-inch or 10-inch deep dish pie plate.
    Drain large can (about 30 ounces) sliced peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
    Arrange peach slices over flour mixture.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice together until smooth (2 minutes).
    Spoon over peaches and batter to within an inch of edge of dish.
    Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve at room temperature.
