Old-Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie shell. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cook for approximately 1 hour.
