Marinated Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Put artichokes in pint jar with lid.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over artichokes.
    Rotate jar to keep artichokes moistened.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 days before serving.
