Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together lightly by tossing with a fork.
Beat egg well; add the water and the vinegar and mix all together.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix until moist.
Mold together with your hands; don't handle too much at once.
Chill before rolling.
Can be kept in refrigerator for 1 week.
You can freeze this crust also.
