Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt
18 large marshmallows
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, milk, butter and salt.
Bring to a hard-boil stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to simmer and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and pecans.
Beat until chocolate loses its gloss. Pour into greased pan.
