Baked Fruit With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peach halves
    1 large can apricot halves
    1 large can pear halves
    1 large can pitted Bing cherries (not pie filling)
    2 boxes frozen whole or sliced strawberries, slightly thawed
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. light rum (Bacardi)
    1 large container sour cream
Preparation
    Drain the first 4 fruits.
    (Reserve 1/2 cup of juice from one of the fruits.)
    Arrange fruits in a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish.
    Lay contents of 2 boxes of strawberries in center of fruits, butt side by side.
    Sprinkle fruit with 1 cup brown sugar.
    Add juice and rum.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serve warm topped with sour cream.
    Serves 6.
