Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 c. diced cooked meat
    1 c. cooked tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 green peppers
Preparation
    Combine Minute rice, cooked meat, tomatoes, chopped onion, water, salt and pepper.
    Cut green peppers lengthwise.
    Fill with rice mixture.
    Place in skillet with tomatoes around the peppers (I use 1 quart tomatoes, 1 cup in filling and the remainder in skillet).
    Cover and cook 20 minutes or until peppers are tender. Serves 4.
