Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. diced, cooked ham
    6 sliced, peeled, raw potatoes
    4 green peppers, cut into strips
    2 large onions, diced
    1 egg
    1/2 pt. milk
    4 oz. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Butter a baking dish.
    Layer potatoes, onion, peppers and ham, ending with a layer of potatoes.
    Beat egg with milk and season to taste.
    Add to casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler until brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
