Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 or 3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/2 can kidney beans
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. diced celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Place potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add onion, beans, rice, celery and ground beef.
    Cover with tomato soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
