Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked macaroni
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. mayo
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    Ritz crackers
    butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    10 oz. grated cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Put in large bowl.
    Add mushrooms, mayo, pimento, mushroom soup, onions and bell pepper; mix thoroughly.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with cheese, Ritz crackers and Parmesan.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can freeze for a short time.
    I usually double this recipe when I take it to church or a family gathering.
