Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 small can real bacon bits
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
Ranch dressing
croutons
Preparation

Rinse spinach leaves well.
Place them on paper towels to drain excess water.
Break away the stem. Break leaves into a salad bowl.
Add chopped boiled eggs and bacon bits.
Take sliced onion and take apart to have onion rings.
Toss everything together.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, top with Ranch dressing and croutons.
