Crispy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 qt. popped corn (14 c.)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Place popped corn in a large, well-greased pan.
In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter; stir in next 3 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.
Pour syrup over popcorn, mixing well.
Place popcorn on well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, separate kernels.
Store tightly covered.
