Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. cubed chuck, sirloin tips or round steak
    1 Tbsp. unseasoned tenderizer
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle tenderizer, pepper and thyme on beef.
    Stir and place in baking pan and cook at 400\u00b0 1 hour to brown, turning once while browning.
    Mix soups and water and stir in Kitchen Bouquet, onions and parsley.
    Pour over meat; stir and return to oven.
    Cover and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
