French-Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw, peeled, deveined shrimp
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs and salt.
    Combine flour, dry bread crumbs and paprika.
    Dip each shrimp in egg, then
    roll in crumb mixture. Fry in a basket in deep fat at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve with ketchup or tartar sauce.
