Pecan Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust (deep dish)
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, coarsely
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Add remaining teaspoon vanilla.
Mix well and pour over 1st mixture.
Line edge of pie crust with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until knife inserted one-inch from edge comes out clean.
