Frozen Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. thin sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over sliced cucumbers; let stand for 2 hours. Drain off water.
    Pour sugar and vinegar over pickles; let stand for 10 minutes.
    Stir and place cucumbers in containers and freeze.
    (Bags work great.) After 2 days, pickles are ready to eat.
    Thaw at room temperature.
    After completely thawed, store in refrigerator.
