Frankfurter Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. frankfurters
3/4 c. water
1 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cheese (American), grated
3/4 c. spaghetti, cooked and broken
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

In skillet, cook bell pepper and onion in margarine until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour, oregano, salt, pepper, then water.
Add milk, Worcestershire and cheese.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Cut frankfurters into pennies and add them with spaghetti to sauce.
Put into greased 1-quart casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
