Sandy'S Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, disjointed and skinned
    3 c. basic chicken stock
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put chicken, stock, ginger and salt in a pan; simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Heat oil in a small skillet; saute onions until golden.
    Blend in garlic, peanut butter, curry powder and milk. Cook mixture over low heat for about 4 minutes.
    Mix the flour and a small amount of water together until smooth.
    Remove chicken pieces from stock; add flour mixture to stock.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
    Pour onion mixture into sauce and blend well.
    Stir in the lemon juice and remaining seasonings.
    Add chicken pieces to the sauce and heat through gently.
