Strawberry Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. milk
    8 c. mashed strawberries
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 loaves pound cake
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, pudding mixes, sugar and milk in large bowl until smooth. In another bowl, mix strawberries, vanilla and sugar well. Reserve 1 cup strawberry mixture. Slice cake in 1/2-inch slices. Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with cake. Put 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture carefully on top. Add 1/3 of the strawberry mixture on top. Repeat layers again two times. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until served. Top each serving with a teaspoon of pureed strawberries in reserve.
