Victorian Lemon Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
creamy lemon frosting
2 Tbsp. peach preserves
1 Tbsp. hot water
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Using 8-inch round layer cake pans, mix, bake and cool cake as directed.
Spread frosting between layers and on sides of cake. Combine preserves and hot water; brush over top of cake.
Press nuts into frosting on sides of cake.
