Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together the flour and salt.
    Mix, to a batter, with unbeaten eggs and milk, beating until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
    If made an hour or more before baking, the pudding will be lighter than if prepared at the last moment.
