Blueberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, separated
    3 c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together the first 3 ingredients; press into large baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Mix together next 3 ingredients (save approximately 1/2 of whipped topping for top).
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Bring to a boil the berries, sugar, water and cornstarch; cook for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
    Cool.
    Spread over cream cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining whipped topping when ready to serve.
