Perfect Hostess Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sirloin tip, cut for stew
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can beef broth
    1 can cream of celery
    1 c. tiny carrots, sliced
    1 c. onion, sliced and separated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a Dutch oven or roasting pan. Cover tightly and place in an oven at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours. About 1/2 hour before serving, uncover and cook remaining time uncovered. Serves 10.
