Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. warm milk
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening by hand.
    Pour warm milk overnight and stir.
    Add beaten egg and dissolved yeast.
    Add flour and salt. Let rise to double in size, covered for approximately 2 hours. Knead for about 5 minutes.
    Roll and cut in desired shapes.
    Let rise again, then bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
