Chuck'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 sweet red pepper
    1/2 c. baby carrots
    2 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4 wedges
    1/2 c. Italian dressing with olive oil
    Cajun blackened powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put chicken into casserole dish.
    Add pepper, carrots and potatoes.
    Pour dressing on top.
    Bake 40 minutes.
    Take up chicken (leave vegetables in dish with top on it).
    Put chicken on grill after putting on blackening for 5 to 10 minutes, until brown.
    Serve with vegetables.
