Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 oz. envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Beat eggs, oil and milk until foamy. Beat in flour and salt until smooth.
Pour batter over meat filling; spread to cover completely.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
