Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can French-style green beans
    2 cans white Shoepeg corn
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir well.
    Add sauteed mixture.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Top with a cracker crust, if desired.
