Frosty Strawberry Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 egg whites
    15 oz. frozen strawberries (somewhat thawed)
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Spread 2/3 evenly in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes and cool.
    Beat egg whites and lemon juice with electric mixer until stiff.
    Fold in strawberries and Cool Whip.
    Pour over crust.
    Top with remaining 1/3 crumb mixture.
    Freeze.
    Serve in squares.
    Keeps well in airtight container in freezer up to 1 month.
