Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine, cooking oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to sugar-egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 8 x 11-inch pan. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
