Jarlsberg Cod(Jarlsberg Torsk) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen cod
    1 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. shredded Jarlsberg or baby Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Thaw fish.
    Bring to boil enough water to cover fish; add 1 teaspoon salt per quart of water used.
    Put fish in water and bring to a boil.
    Remove from burner and let set until ready to eat.
    Serve with drawn butter.
    Tastes like lobster.
