Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 unbaked crust
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add flour.
    Whip egg yolks and add lemon, milk and whipped (stiff) egg whites.
    Put in unbaked crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
