Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. chicken, ham, beef or pork unseasoned broth
    1/4 c. frozen green peas
    1/4 c. whole kernel or cream-style corn
    1/4 c. diced canned or pre-cooked ham, bacon spam or any other lunch meat
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 - 1/2 c. corn starch, mix with cold water
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 mushrooms
Preparation
    Bring broth to boil and add peas, corn, and meat.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add beaten eggs all at once while stirring thoroughly.
    Wait for soup to be boiled again then pour cornstarch mixture very slowly, stirring constantly until broth thickens. Sprinkle fresh mushrooms and green onions on top, stirring and pour immediately into sour tureen.
    Serve.
