Mock Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3 c. milk, boiled
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder four times.
Add boiled milk.
Mix well.
Add egg whites and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into layer pans.
Makes three thick layers or four thin layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Place banana slices between layers and ice with caramel icing.
