Marinated Vegetable Potpourri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cauliflowerets
    3 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. mushrooms (halved if large)
    1 c. carrot coins
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. Mazola corn oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables in large salad bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid.
    Shake well and pour over vegetables.
    Marinate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Makes 8 cups.
