Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean boneless chuck
    2 small chopped onions
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 small piece green pepper, chopped
    1/2 keg ketchup
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add all ingredients and cook in crock-pot, 8 to 10 hours until meat shreds easily.
    Serve on hard rolls.
