Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. corn tortillas, broken into pieces
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can olives
1 onion, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onions; drain.
Add all other ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of sauce into a casserole and layer with tortilla and cheese. Repeat and end with cheese on top.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
