English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans leisure peas
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 individual pkt. of saltine crackers
    1 jar pimentos
    6-8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese block
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl, excluding 1/4 cup grated Velveeta cheese, mix well.
