Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1/3 c. flour
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    dash of poultry seasoning
    2 1/2 c. cooked turkey
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat milk and chicken broth together.
    Blend oleo and flour together; add seasonings.
    Blend into hot liquids and cook until smooth, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Into a greased baking dish, layer the turkey, or chicken if preferred, a generous layer of creamed gravy and a layer of bread crumbs.
    Repeat until baking dish is full.
    Dot with oleo or butter.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes servings for 4 to 6 people.
